TNT Logistics receives by Philip Lighting the award as best Italian carrier/logistics operator

TNT Logistics Italy, Italian leader in integrated logistics has won the Challenge 2000 Award that Philips Lighting annually gives to its best logistics partner.This Prize appraises the service performances of all domestic carriers employed by Philip Lighting against 16 indicators, i.e. meeting delivery deadlines; material handling; returns management, administration management, etc.
TNT Logistics Italy has qualified as first among 7 operators in consideration of the score achieved in relevant indicators.
Philip Lighting sets the score on the basis of internal audits performed on a quarterly basis as well as considering customers' satisfaction levels which are regularly monitored by a Philip Lighting's manager.
This Prize further underlines the value and quality of services offered by TNT Logistics Italy confirming a well-established ten-year partnership with Philip Lighting.
