TNT Logistics Brazil increases its service portfolio to BSH Continental

TNT Logistics has just increased the scope of services provided to BSH Continental, an association between the giant companies Bosch and Siemens that produces consumer goods in Brazil under the brand names Bosch and Continental. With this increased scope of services TNT becomes responsible for 100% of receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and production line feeding for compressors at BSH's business unit in Hortolandia, Sao Paulo state.This effort led to an optimization of resources for BSH. "With proven expertise in material handling and production line feeding, TNT Logistics increases its visibility and gains customer loyalty", says Joao Guilherme Araujo, High-Tech, FMCG and Industrial Segment Operations Director.
TNT Logistics has supported BSH since 2003. Besides Hortolandia, TNT also is responsible for internal logistics at the Cooking plant (ovens) in BSH's Sao Paulo platform. "One of the reasons that led BSH to hire TNT is the fact that the company is a multinational corporation, with great expertise and know-how in logistics. In partnership with TNT, we are continuously improving our operating performance in material handling", says Roberto Zizler, Industrial Director of BSH's Cooking unit.
