TNT Logistics obtains ISO 9001-2000 certification

TNT Logistics France, one of the leaders of the French logistics market, obtained on January 23rd 2002 the ISO 9001 - 2000 certification, for itself and its subsidiaries.
The certification covers the totality of the quality management system and eighteen TNT Logistics France operational sites. Certified activities are logistics services : reception, storage, re-conditioning, handling, preparation, expedition, co-packing and distribution.
TNT Logistics France has been certified by AFAQ, under reference 6053.
This certification confirms the quality of the management system and of the organization implemented by TNT Logistics France on all its operational sites, to adapt continuously to customers' demands and to guarantee maximal efficiency in the execution of logistics services.
Beyond certification, TNT Logistics France will continue its efforts of permanent improvement of quality of services, management methods and customers' satisfaction.
