TNT Logistics will manage Fico Mirrors Inbound Logistics

TNT, a TPG company, leader in the sector of Mail, Express & Logistics will manage Fico Mirrors Inbound Supply Chain. Recently, both companies have signed a Services Agreement: TNT will manage the stock, inbound flows and JIT supplies (line feeding) to the factory that Fico Mirrors has available in Soria (Spain).On behalf of Fico Mirrors, TNT Logistics Spain will manage the factory raw material warehouse so as to improve quality and reliability of the warehouse and of the line feeding. TNT Logistics will help Fico Mirrors to reduce their stock levels and supply chain costs.
Fico Mirrors, a company of the Spanish multinational group Fico International, is an automotive mirrors manufacturer and Original Equipment provider of car manufacturers such as Ford & Volkswagen. Fico Mirrors has a factory located in Soria, which employs 420 people. Fico has other operative locations in Spain and abroad.
TNT started operating in Spain on 1988. Currently, TNT has available 33 operative locations (Distribution and Logistics centres) with more than 353.106 sqms., a staff of 1.600 employees and 500 truck drivers, offering transport and logistics services. In 2001 TNT had a revenue of € 228 mlls.
