TNT Tecnologistica/EFESO Net-Log Consulting agreement

TNT Tecnologistica, part of the world's leading provider of logistics services TNT Logistics, has become a shareholder in EFESO Net-Log Consulting. TNT Tecnologistica has taken this initiative to strengthen its capability to provide better services in the areas of process improvement, planning and innovation in supply-chain management to its clients. This is in line with TNT's global philosophy of continuous improvement of the quality of services offered.
EFESO Net-Log Consulting is the dedicated logistics unit of the EFESO Consulting Group. Established in 1979, the EFESO Group recorded a turnover of €12 million in 2000. Net-Log Consulting is currently involved in more than 100 projects across a broad range of supply-chain processes. Its project and development solutions have enabled clients such as Bayer, Antalis, Pirelli, Gruppo Radici and Valeo to obtain substantial and long-term improvements in both inbound and outbound supply-chain networks. Net-Log Consulting has initiated 500 logistics design projects, 150 of which have been successfully realised in co-operation with TNT.
EFESO Net-Log Consulting and TNT have been partners for four years, and most recently they have designed the Zingonia, Santa Palomba and Agnadello logistics centres. The two companies also have collaborated with clients such as Fiat, Philips and Zanussi.
TNT's becoming a shareholder in EFESO Net-Log Consulting will further consolidate the strong synergy between these two companies.
